Common use of Runs with the Property Clause in Contracts

Runs with the Property. This Agreement burdens and runs with the Property and every parcel into which it is consolidated or subdivided by any means, including by subdivision under the Land Title Act (British Columbia) or by strata plan under the Strata Property Act (British Columbia). All of the covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement are made by the Owner for itself, its personal administrators, successors and assigns, and all persons who after the date of this Agreement, acquire an interest in the Property.
