Common use of SaaS Deployment Clause in Contracts

SaaS Deployment. If Customer accesses the Software via the SaaS offering, Rezilion hereby grants to Customer, during the applicable Software Term only, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use and access the Software: (i) solely for Customer’s internal business purposes; (ii) within the Volume Limitations; and (iii) as described in this Agreement. Customer also agrees to be bound by any further restrictions set forth on the Order Form.
