Sabbatical Leave for Study. At least twelve semester units of work must be completed per semester of leave. Course work shall be exclusive of correspondence courses. Transcripts or other evidence of completion shall be submitted to the Personnel Department by April 1 for fall semester and by November 15 for spring semester.
