Sabbatical Plan Clause Samples
The Sabbatical Plan clause establishes the terms under which employees may take an extended leave of absence from work, typically for personal or professional development. It outlines eligibility criteria, such as length of service required before qualifying, the duration of the sabbatical, and whether the leave is paid or unpaid. By providing a structured framework for extended leave, this clause helps organizations support employee well-being and retention while ensuring operational planning and continuity.
