Safe and Healthy Work Environment. ‌ 12.1 The employer is committed to improving the work health and safety of all employees. 12.2 The parties are committed to supporting sector-wide guidelines to ensure work health and safety of employees, including remote employees and where travelling for work is required. 12.3 The parties are committed to achieving and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, free from inappropriate workplace behaviour and bullying. 12.4 The employer will take all reasonably practicable steps to: a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a culture of respect in the workplace; and b) ensure employees are treated appropriately and not subject to inappropriate workplace behaviour and bullying.
