Safe and Healthy Working Environment. The District is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for staff. The District and Association shall form a Safe and Healthy Work Environment Committee to consist of members chosen by the leadership of each group. The committee will be charged with: a. Creating a procedure for promptly addressing Indoor Environment Quality concerns. b. Monitoring action on concerns. c. Communicating between the staff members affected and the District’s facilities administration. d. Determining the need to obtain independent investigations from inspectors who are certified to look for contaminants.
