Safe and Healthy Working Environment. All working conditions believe to be unsafe or unhealthy must be reported to the supervisor as soon as unsafe or unhealthy conditions are known. The supervisor will investigate all reports of unsafe working or unhealthy conditions and will develop a corrective action plan or report to the safety committee any which are found, within a reasonable time. A report to the bargaining unit member who reported the conditions and a copy of the report shall be given to both the member and the union as soon as feasible.
