Safe Equipment and Practices. The District agrees to use its best efforts to furnish and maintain, in adequate working conditions, all tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies and equipment required to safely carry out the duties of each position. Employees are responsible for reporting any unsafe conditions or practices, and for properly using and caring for all tools and equipment furnished by the District.
