Safe Operation of Motor Vehicles. A. The Company shall adopt and promote on-the- job seat belt use policies and programs for its employees and for anyone else who shall operate any vehicles in relation to this Contract, regardless of whether those vehicles are owned or leased by the Company, the City, or another person or entity. B. The Company shall adopt and enforce workplace safety policies to minimize crashes caused by distracted drivers. These policies shall include policies that ban and discourage text messaging by anyone operating a vehicle in relation to this Contract, regardless of whether those vehicles are owned or leased by the Company, the City, or another person or entity.
