Common use of Safe Operation Clause in Contracts

Safe Operation. Each Party is responsible for the safe operation of its Network, and must, so far as is reasonably practicable, take all necessary steps to ensure that its Network, its Network operations and the supply of the Service: (a) does not endanger the safety or health of any person, including the People of the other Party; and (b) does not cause physical or technical harm to the other Party’s Network, including but not limited to causing damage, interfering with or causing deterioration in the operation of the other Party’s Network.
