Common use of Safe Work Environment Clause in Contracts

Safe Work Environment. The Board recognizes the need to provide a safe working environment. Teachers who encounter conditions which are likely to endanger the health or safety of any Teacher shall promptly report the conditions to Administrator. The Administrator shall promptly investigate or cause to be investigated the condition giving rise to the report and provide a response to the Teacher as soon as practicable. If the condition is determined to endanger health or safety, the Director of Operations shall initiate a remedy.
