Common use of Safety and Emergency Procedures Clause in Contracts

Safety and Emergency Procedures. 18.1 Council educators maintain first aid training and are equipped to handle emergency First Aid situations. Whilst all due care and skill are exercised, Council is not liable for any loss or injury incurred as a result of an accident or during an emergency. 18.2 Council educators are trained to deal with such emergencies and at regular intervals fire drills are practised with the children. 18.3 Council reserves the right to seek the assistance of emergency services in any situation requiring them, including ambulance assistance and transportation for the Child. 18.4 In the event of the Child is injured and is unable to attend the Centre, You will be required to pay daily fees.
