Safety and Health Reports, Records and Data. The Board shall provide the District members of each site-based Occupational Health and Safety Committee with the details of every accident, incident, or occurrence of an occupational disease that occurred at the worksite in the previous month. In addition, the Board shall provide members of the Committee with other relevant health and safety records in the possession of the Board, including records, reports and data provided to and by WorkSafe BC and other government departments and agencies relating to health and safety.
