Safety Data Sheets Sample Clauses

The Safety Data Sheets clause requires parties to provide detailed documentation about the hazardous properties, safe handling, and emergency measures related to chemicals or substances supplied under the agreement. Typically, this means the supplier must furnish up-to-date safety data sheets (SDS) for all relevant products, ensuring that recipients have the necessary information to store, use, and dispose of materials safely. This clause is essential for regulatory compliance and workplace safety, as it helps prevent accidents and ensures that all parties are informed about potential risks associated with hazardous materials.
