SAFETY GUIDELINES. 10.1 It is a condition of the allocation of a space within the Dinghy Pen that no member will allow their Vessel to be launched unless all members of the crew are wearing a suitable personal flotation device which shall be worn at all times whilst afloat. 10.2 Members shall ensure that, before launching, they are aware of the weather forecast and are confident that they, their vessel and their crew are capable of coping with the expected conditions. 10.3 The RNLI are willing to provide sea safety advice free of charge in a friendly and confidential manner.
