Common use of SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND PROGRAMS Clause in Contracts

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND PROGRAMS. A. MD ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) has the authority to take intervening action in the event it deems patient, visitor, or staff of MD ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ are in danger. Contractor shall adhere to requirements stated in Section 01 35 25 - Owner Safety Requirements. B. Contractors shall familiarize themselves with, receive required training on, and abide by all policies and procedures of MD ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any governmental body [i.e. NFPA, OSHA, EPA, TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation), TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality), etc.] having authority to control the manner and/or methods of completing the tasks contained in the Contract.
