(3) An employee who resigns or retires or whose employment is otherwise terminated prior to the registration of this Agreement is not entitled to the retrospective payment provided in subclause 14(2) or subclause 19(2). An Enrolled Nurse (Mothercraft Nursing only) been paid from the first pay period commencing on or after 14 October 2010is not eligible to enrol into a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved medication course and is unable to administer medicines. (3) An employee who resigns or retires or whose employment is otherwise terminated prior to the registration of this Agreement is not entitled to the retrospective payment provided in subclause 14(2) or subclause 19(2).
