Salary and Schedule. 5 An employee who reports to work as scheduled and is excused from duty 6 for lack of work, or is specifically directed by the employee’s supervisor or manager not 7 to report to work, will be paid at the employee’s regular rate for the hours the employee 8 was scheduled to work.
Salary and Schedule. ‌ 15.1 A twelve (12) month Core ELP Instructor’s teaching schedule shall consist of two (2) sixteen (16) week semesters (fall and spring) and an eleven (11) week summer session. Salary payments will be allocated over a twelve (12) consecutive month period, adjusted as appropriate, for any non-compensable periods or salary adjustments that may occur. 15.2 Core ELP Instructors shall be assigned one of the following four (4) semester teaching schedules: a. Four courses (.57 time base) per semester and three (3) courses in summer, or b. Five courses (.71 time base) per semester and four (4) courses in summer, or c. Six courses (.86 time base) per semester and five (5) courses in summer, or d. Seven Courses (1.0 time base) per semester and six (6) courses in summer Core ELP Instructors appointed at either a 1.0 or .86 time base shall be appointed into classification code 1350 (Exempt). All other Core Instructors will be appointed into classification code 8575 (Non-Exempt). For non-exempt Core Instructors (8575), the appointment letter will state the maximum number of hours per week the ▇▇▇▇ or his representative and the prospective employee agree will be spent in conjunction with the course assignment. a. The maximum number of hours per week specified in the appointment letter cannot be increased without mutual agreement. b. The appointment letter and the agreed upon number of hours are not subject to Article 7, Grievance Procedure.
Salary and Schedule. A. City agrees to pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ an hourly rate of $41/hour. Payments to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be made during the normal payroll cycles of other City employees. City has reviewed and compared the hourly rate set forth in this Section with other employees performing comparable duties and the hourly rate set forth in this Section does not exceed such other employees' compensation. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is a CalPERS retiree and as such is limited to working no more than 960 hours in a fiscal year in a CalPERS employable position. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall record her time on a pre- approved time sheet that shall be submitted to the City every two (2) weeks.
