Salary and Wages Clause Samples
The 'Salary and Wages' clause defines the compensation structure for employees, specifying the amount and frequency of payments for work performed. It typically outlines whether pay is hourly, salaried, or based on commission, and may address overtime eligibility, pay periods, and any deductions. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of payment terms, reducing the risk of disputes over compensation and promoting transparency in the employment relationship.
