Salary Continuation Payment. An employee entitled to temporary disability payments under the workers’ compensation laws will receive salary continuation payments at the applicable workers’ compensation rate. Workers’ compensation is not payable for the first three (3) calendar days of disability unless the disability lasts more than fourteen (14)
