Common use of Salary Continuation Clause in Contracts

Salary Continuation. If the Executive becomes totally disabled during the term of this Agreement, his full salary shall be continued for 360 days from the date of the disabling injury or onset of the disability illness.

Salary Continuation. If the Executive becomes totally disabled during the term of this Agreement, his full salary shall be continued for 360 90 days from the date of the disabling injury or onset of the disability illnessdisabling illness as determined in accordance with the provisions of SECTION 5.1(a) above, and thereafter the Executive's employment may be terminated in accordance with the provisions of SECTION 3.3.
