Common use of Salary Guide Clause in Contracts

Salary Guide. 28.8.1. Schedule J attached hereto shall constitute the salary guide for the term of this Agreement and shall be incorporated as an integral part of this Agreement. 28.8.2. No increments shall be paid upon the expiration of this Agreement until a successor agreement is finalized, consistent with the holding in The Board of Education of Neptune v. Neptune Township Education Association, 144 N.J. 16 (1996).
