SALARY STRUCTURE ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. The salary of each Member shall be composed of the base salary of each Member as of June 30, 2005 as modified by the following items:

A scale increase of 3.25% of the Member‟s regular salary. ii. A progress-through-the-rank increment for the evaluation carried out for the year 2007-2008 as described in Article 4.
SALARY STRUCTURE ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ a. The salary of each Member shall be composed of the base salary of each Member as of June 30, 2005 as modified by the following items: i. A scale increase of 3.3% of the Member’s regular salary. ii. A progress-through-the-rank increment for the evaluation carried out for the year 2004-2005 as described in Article 4.11. The progress-through-the-rank increments shall have the following values: Lecturer $ 2,125 Assistant Professor $ 2,250 Associate Professor $ 2,375 Full Professor $ 2,500 For any rank, where a Member’s salary exceeds $115,000 per annum the PTR will be at the 50% value. For any rank, where a Member’s salary exceeds $127,500 per annum the PTR will be nil. iii. Additional qualification increments shall be awarded pursuant to Article 4.20. iv. Catch-up of 2.6% of the average salary ($90,500) as of June 30, 2005, which amounts to $2353 for all full-time Members. b. The salary structure for 2005-2006 shall be as follows: Lecturer $ 44,014 Assistant Professor $ 54,117 Associate Professor $ 66,641 Full Professor $ 83,122

  • Salary Steps 1. Employees hired into trainee-level positions (Targeted Local Hire) shall be hired at Step 1 and shall remain on Step 1 for the duration of a twelve (12) month probationary period. 2. Employees hired into non-trainee positions shall be hired at Step 2 (or appropriate higher step in accordance with applicable MOU provisions or LAAC Section 4.90). 3. Employees shall remain on Steps 2 and 3 for nine (9) months each. 4. Steps 4 through 8 are separated by two (2) premium levels (Step 4 is one [1] premium level above Step 3). Employees shall advance to each subsequent step after twelve (12) months. 5. Steps 9 through 12 are separated by one (1) premium level (Step 9 is one [1] premium level above Step 8). Employees shall advance to each subsequent step after twelve (12) months.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of Employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix B which is attached to and incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V. (b) Salary schedules will contain Career Enhancement/Growth steps as described in Section 45.6.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS Appointments to positions in the City and County service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.
