Common use of Sale and Distribution of Licensed Products Clause in Contracts

Sale and Distribution of Licensed Products. Pursuant to Section 4.02 of the ------------------------------------------ Base Agreement, Licensor hereby approves and consents to the sale and distribution of the Licensed Products, including without limitation on a purchase, lease/purchase, or rental basis as set forth in Section 3 herein, through Licensee's wholly owned subsidiary MegaBingo, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("MBI"). Licensee shall remain subject to its obligations under the Base Agreement.
