Common use of Sale and Purchase of Interest Clause in Contracts

Sale and Purchase of Interest. 1.01 Interest to be Purchased, Transferred or Assigned by the Sellers. On and as of the date of the closing contemplated by this Agreement ("Closing Date"), and under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Sellers agree to sell, assign, transfer and delivered to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase and accept from the Sellers, all of the Sellers' right, title and interest in the Shares.
