Common use of Sale Date Clause in Contracts

Sale Date. (i) With respect to the Initial Receivables, each date from and including the Closing Date to the Effective Date on which such Initial Receivable was sold and/or contributed, assigned, transferred and conveyed by OLS, as receivables seller, to the Depositor pursuant to the terms of the Original Receivables Sale Agreement and (ii) with respect to any Additional Receivables, each date from and including the Effective Date to the Receivables Sale Termination Date on which such Additional Receivable is sold and/or contributed, assigned, transferred and conveyed by HLSS, as receivables seller, to the Depositor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
