Common use of Sale Number Clause in Contracts

Sale Number. If any registration pursuant to Section 2.2 involves an underwritten offering that was initially proposed by the Company after the first anniversary of the date hereof but prior to 18 months after the date hereof as a primary registration of its securities and the Manager shall advise the Company that, in its view, the number of securities requested to be included in such registration exceeds the number (the "Section 2.3(d) Sale Number") that can be sold in an orderly manner in such registration within a price range acceptable to the Company, the Company shall include in such registration:

If any registration pursuant to Section 2.2 involves an underwritten offering that was initially proposed by the Company at any time after the first anniversary of the date hereof but prior to 18 months after following the date hereof as a primary registration of its securities and the Manager shall advise the Company that, in its view, the number of securities requested to be included in such registration exceeds the number (the "Section 2.3(d2.3(e) Sale Number") that can be sold in an orderly manner in such registration within a price range acceptable to the Company, the Company shall include in such registration:

If any registration pursuant to Section 2.2 involves an underwritten offering other than an initial Equity Offering that was initially proposed by the Company after the first anniversary of the date hereof but prior to 18 months after the date hereof as a primary registration of its securities and the Manager shall advise the Company that, in its view, the number of securities requested to be included in such registration exceeds the number (the "“Section 2.3(d2.3(c) Sale Number"”) that can be sold in an orderly manner in such registration within a price range acceptable to the Company, the Company shall include in such registration:
