Common use of Sales Contracts Clause in Contracts

Sales Contracts. If the REO Property goes under active Sales Contract within 30 calendar days of the Acquisition Date but the contract is subsequently cancelled, RHSS shall de-list the REO Property within three (3) calendar days after the cancellation of the Sales Contract.

Sales Contracts. If the REO Property goes under active Sales Contract within 30 thirty calendar days of the Acquisition Date close of the Auction Cycle but the contract is subsequently cancelled, RHSS shall de-list the REO Property within three (3) calendar business days after the cancellation of the Sales Contract.
