Sales Force. Impax shall not knowingly employ or otherwise retain or permit to be retained as a member of the Sales Force: (a) a practicing physician or a person affiliated on a professional level with or employed by any physician, physician practice or other healthcare professional or provider; or (b) a person who may be in a position to unduly influence the purchase of the Shire Product.
