Common use of SALES OF PREFERRED Clause in Contracts

SALES OF PREFERRED. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Company will severally issue and sell to each of such Purchasers and the Purchasers will severally buy from the Company the total number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock set forth in column 2 of the Schedule of Purchasers at the Closing (as defined below) for the purchase price set forth in column 3 of the Schedule of Purchasers. The Company's agreements with each of the Purchasers are separate agreements, and the sales to each of the Purchasers are separate sales.
