Common use of Sales Order Clause in Contracts

Sales Order. By signing a Sales Order Customer accepts the Services, the prices, the Subscription Term, the payment terms, and any other special terms established therein, as well as the agreements referenced in such Sales Order. Sales Orders are not subject to cancellation after execution, notwithstanding the foregoing, Wazuh may cancel any Sales Order at its sole discretion.
