Common use of Sales Organization Clause in Contracts

Sales Organization. Upon obtaining HEALTH REGISTRATION in the TERRITORY, OPTIMER shall use REASONABLE COMMERCIAL EFFORTS to enable OPTIMER or its SUBLICENSEES to establish a sufficient sales organization with qualified personnel for sales promotion of the PRODUCT and use REASONABLE COMMERCIAL EFFORTS, at its sole responsibility and expense, to market and promote the PRODUCT in the TERRITORY.
