Same Optional Currency during successive Interest Sample Clauses

The 'Same Optional Currency during successive Interest' clause establishes that the same optional currency must be used for consecutive interest periods under a financial agreement. In practice, this means that once a party selects a particular currency for the payment of interest, that choice remains in effect for subsequent interest periods unless otherwise agreed. This clause ensures consistency and predictability in currency selection, reducing administrative complexity and minimizing the risk of disputes or confusion over currency changes during the life of the contract.
