Sample Contracts. Samples of all pertinent contracts, warranties, purchase or lease and maintenance agreements shall be attached to the Proposal. No such document may contain any provision that might materially alter any provision of this RFP. In the event any such document contains a non- compliant provision, such provision shall be irrevocably deemed deleted and of no force or effect.
