Sample Signature Sample Clauses

The Sample Signature clause defines the format and placement of signatures required for a contract or agreement to be valid. Typically, it provides a template or example showing where parties should sign, print their names, and include dates, ensuring all necessary information is captured. This clause helps standardize the execution process, reducing the risk of incomplete or improperly executed documents and ensuring that all parties clearly indicate their consent to the terms.
Sample Signature. If FSB elects to review an item, FSB may refer to a check or other document upon which your signature appears in order to determine the authenticity of your signature. FSB may use an automated process to reproduce and retain your signature from a check or other document on which your signature appears. If you create your own checks, or obtain them from someone else, and FSB cannot accurately verify your signature on a check by comparing it with a check that posted to your account, you are responsible for any losses that may result from FSB’s inability to use that check to verify your signature.
Sample Signature. If we elect to review an item presented for payment, we may refer to a check or other document upon which your signature appears in order to determine the Review of Checks and Signatures: When checks are presented for payment, we use automated check processing procedures consistent with industry standard practice; we do not review every check, nor do we individually examine most checks for dates, signatures, legends, or endorsements. We may, for our own purposes, select a small number of checks to review based on certain criteria that may change from time to time. You agree that
