Common use of Sample Storage Clause in Contracts

Sample Storage. Any remaining Samples shall either be returned to Customer upon request or discarded after three months from finalization of Services according to the SSF. Customer is responsible for the import of these Samples from QIAGEN Genomic Services Sites and bears any import related costs incurred.
