Common use of Sampling and Analysis Plan Clause in Contracts

Sampling and Analysis Plan. Within 30 days after the City of Bozeman Site Plan Approval or before any Work, Purchaser shall submit a Sampling and Analysis Plan to EPA and the State for review and approval consistent with the Removal Work Plan. The Sampling and Analysis Plan shall address any collection of data under the Removal Work Plan, and must consist of a Field Sampling Plan (“FSP”) and a Quality Assurance Project Plan (“QAPP”), the NCP and applicable guidance documents, including, but not limited to, “Guidance for Quality Assurance Project Plans (QA/G-5)” EPA/240/R-02/009 (December 2002) (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/quality/guidance-quality-assurance-project-plans- epa-qag-5), “EPA Requirements for Quality Assurance Project Plans (QA/R-5)” EPA 240/B-01/003 (March 2001, reissue notice May 2006) (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/quality/epa-qar-5-epa-requirements-quality- assurance-project-plans), and “Uniform Federal Policy for Quality Assurance Project Plans,” Parts 1-3, EPA-50-B-04-900A-900C, DOD- DTIC-ADA-427785 (March 2005).
