Sampling and Analysis. (a) Representative samples of the goods shall be drawn during loading by the port terminal in accordance with standard protocols as employed at the port terminal to satisfy the sampling requirements of the Commonwealth Department of Agriculture and to obtain a representative sample of the entire contract/shipment (refer Note 3) (b) Final determination of quality shall be established on the composite sample drawn on loading by the nominated surveyor/laboratory in accordance with clause 10.
