Common use of Sanctions Clause in Contracts

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans or the proceeds of any Loans, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly Directly, or knowingly indirectly, use any Loans Loan or Letter of Credit or the proceeds of any LoansLoan or Letter of Credit, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or Letter of Credit or the proceeds of any Loan or Letter of Credit to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Joint Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any the Loans or the proceeds of any the Loans, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan the Loans or the proceeds of any Loan the Loans to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans or the proceeds of any LoansLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any PersonSubsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any Personindividual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person individual or entity (including any Person individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or (a) Use, directly or, knowingly, indirectly, use all or any Loans or the proceeds part of any Loans, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to or Letter of Credit, for the purpose of funding, financing, or facilitating any Personactivities, to fund business or transaction of any activities of or business with any Person, Sanctioned Person or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of SanctionsSanctioned Country, or in any other manner that will would result in violation of Sanctions applicable to any party hereto or (b) fund, directly or, knowingly, indirectly, all or part of, any repayment under this Agreement out of proceeds derived from dealings with or property of a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of SanctionsSanctioned Person.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans or the proceeds of any LoansLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Person that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Joint Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent Agent, Issuing Lender or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans or Use the proceeds of any LoansLoan, directly, or to the knowledge of the Borrower or such Subsidiary, indirectly, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Subsidiary or other Person, (a) to fund any activities of or business with any such Subsidiary or other Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions (in each case of this clause (a) in violation of applicable Sanctions), or (b) in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans Borrowing or the proceeds of any LoansBorrowing, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan Borrowing or the proceeds of any Loan Borrowing to any Person, to unlawfully fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent Agent, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, knowingly indirectly use any Loans or the proceeds of any LoansLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Consolidated Business, joint venture partner or other Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdictioncountry or territory, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as LenderBank, Joint Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans or the proceeds of any LoansLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans or Use the proceeds of any LoansLoan, directly, or to the knowledge of the Company or such Subsidiary, indirectly, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Subsidiary or other Person, (a) to fund any activities of or business with any such Subsidiary or other Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions (in each case of this clause (a) in violation of applicable Sanctions), or (b) in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Sanctions. Directly or indirectlyor, to the knowledge of any Borrower, indirectly use any Loans or the proceeds of any LoansLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other Person, or in any country, region or territory, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Person that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including party to any Person participating in the transactionLoan Document, whether as or any Lender, Arranger, or the Administrative Agent or otherwise) Agent, of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans Term Loan or the proceeds of any LoansTerm Loan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Term Loan or the proceeds of any Term Loan to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent Arranger, Agent, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans or the proceeds of any Loansa Term Loan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Term Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Person, to fund fund, facilitate or finance any activities of or business or transaction with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, facilitation or financing is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, the Administrative Agent Agent, any other Agent, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans Loan or the proceeds of any LoansLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject or target of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use any Loans Borrowing or the proceeds of any LoansBorrowing, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan Borrowing or the proceeds of any Loan Borrowing to any Person, to fund any activities of of, or business with with, any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including including, without limitation, any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent Agent, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or or, to the knowledge of the Borrower, indirectly, use any Loans or the proceeds of any LoansLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Personindividual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as a Lender, an Arranger, the Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use any Loans the Loan or the proceeds of any Loansthe Loan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any the Loan to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use any Loans or the proceeds of any LoansLoan, or to lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any PersonSubsidiary, Affiliate, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any Personindividual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person individual or entity (including any Person participating individual or entity participation in the transactiontransactions, whether as a Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent Agent, L/C Issuer, or otherwise) of Sanctions.
