Common use of Sanctions Clause in Contracts

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Person that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity Person (including any individual or entity Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, knowingly use the proceeds of or any Credit ExtensionLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Jurisdiction that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of any Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation breach by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, knowingly use the proceeds of or any Credit ExtensionLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Jurisdiction that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of any Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation breach by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Lender or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, indirectly use the proceeds of any Loan or use any other Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityPerson, or in any Designated Jurisdictioncountry or territory, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, except to the extent permissible for a Person required to comply with Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity Person (including any individual or entity Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender▇▇▇▇▇▇, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly Knowingly directly or indirectly, indirectly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityDesignated Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions (and is not covered by an exception to such Sanctions), or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual party to this Agreement of Sanctions or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of SanctionsAnti-Corruption Laws.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, knowingly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of to any Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Lender or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or or, knowingly, indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject target of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Loan Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or or, to the knowledge of the Borrower, indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityPerson, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Jurisdiction that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner manner, in each case that will result in a violation by any individual or entity Person (including any individual or entity Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityPerson, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity Person (including any individual or entity Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or knowingly indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionLoans or Letters of Credit, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund (i) fund, finance or facilitate any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, in violation of applicable Sanctions, or (ii) in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C IssuerIssuing Lender, Swing Line Swingline Lender, Euro Swingline Lender, or otherwise) of applicable Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extensionthe Borrowing, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as a Lender, Arranger, an Arranger or the Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) Agent of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual individual, or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Lender or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or or, knowingly indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityentity that at the time of such funding is the subject of Sanctions, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, thatexcept, at in any case, to the time of such funding, is the subject of extent permissible for an individual or entity required to comply with Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Lender or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectlyor, to the knowledge of any Borrower, indirectly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual Person, or entityin any country or territory, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Person that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual Person party to any Loan Document, or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionEvent, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Joint Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C IssuerIssuing Bank, Swing Line Swingline Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as a Lender, an Arranger, the Administrative Agent, the L/C Issuer, Issuer or any Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) Lender of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject target of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Loan Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.”

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, Extension or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arrangerarranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Lender or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, to the knowledge of the Borrower, use any Credit Extension or the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Credit Extension or the proceeds of any Credit Extension to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityPerson, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity Person (including any individual or entity Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Swingline Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionExtension of Credit, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject or target of any Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as a Lender, Arranger, an LC Issuing Bank or Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionBorrowing, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Borrowing or L/C Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that funding will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C IssuerIssuing Bank, Swing Line Swingline Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.
