Satisfaction Discharge and Defeasance. Section 5.01 Article 4 of the Indenture shall apply to the Notes. For purposes of the Notes, each occurrence of the phrase “Sections 7.1, 9.4 (other than the Company’s obligation to maintain its corporate existence), 9.8 and 9.10” in Section 4.5 of the Indenture shall be replaced with the phrase “Sections 7.1, 9.4 (other than the Company’s obligation to maintain its corporate existence), 9.5, 9.6, 9.8, 9.9 and 9.10”.
