Satisfaction of Judgments. Except as provided in Section 8.5 of this Agreement, all judgments against the Partnership and the General Partner, wherein the General Partner (including any employee, Affiliate, officer or director of the General Partner) is entitled to indemnification, must first be satisfied from Partnership assets before the General Partner is responsible for those judgments.
