Common use of Satisfaction of Mortgage Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Mortgage. Upon full payment of all the obligations, at the time and in the manner provided in the Loan Agreement, or upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the Loan Agreement for release of the Mortgaged Property from this Mortgage, this conveyance or lien shall be null and void and, upon demand therefore following such payment or satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the Loan Agreement, a satisfaction of mortgage or re-conveyance of the Mortgaged Property shall promptly be provided by Mortgagee to Mortgagor.
