Common use of Satisfaction of Mortgage Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Mortgage. Upon the full, indefeasible payment of all the Liabilities (other than contingent indemnity obligations), at the time and in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement, or upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the Credit Agreement for release of the Mortgaged Property from this Mortgage, the conveyance or lien created by this Mortgage shall terminate and, upon demand therefor following such payment or satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the Credit Agreement for release of the Mortgaged Property, as the case may be, a satisfaction of mortgage or reconveyance of the Mortgaged Property shall promptly be provided by Mortgagee to Mortgagor.
