Common use of Satisfaction of Mortgage Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Mortgage. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Instrument, METLIFE shall execute a satisfaction of this Instrument and shall surrender this Instrument and all notes evidencing Indebtedness secured by this Instrument to the person or persons legally entitled thereto. Such person or persons shall pay METLIFE's costs incurred in connection with satisfaction of this Instrument.

Satisfaction of Mortgage.
