Common use of Satisfaction of Remedies Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Remedies. Notwithstanding anything in this Lease or elsewhere to the contrary; Tenant and its Affiliates will look solely to Landlord’s interest in the Project (including its interest in any insurance proceeds payable with respect to the Project) to satisfy any claims, rights or remedies, and Landlord and its partners and their respective Affiliates (including any property managers), at every level of ownership and interest, have no personal or individual liability of any type, whether for breach of this Lease or their negligence or otherwise (and such Liabilities are hereby waived by Tenant), their assets ▇▇▇▇ not be subject to lien or levy of any type, nor will they be named individually in any suits, actions or proceedings of any type.
