Common use of Satisfaction of Remedies Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Remedies. Landlord and Landlord's Affiliates ------------------------ shall not be personally liable for the performance of Landlord's obligations under this Lease. If Tenant or Tenant's Affiliates acquire any rights or remedies against Landlord or Landlord's Affiliates (including, but not limited to, the right to satisfy a judgment), these rights and remedies shall be satisfied solely from Landlord's estate and interest in the Land and the Building (or the proceeds therefrom) and not from any other property or assets of Landlord or Landlord's Affiliates. This Section shall be enforceable by Landlord and Landlord's Affiliates.
