Satisfaction of Remedies. Neither Landlord, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Affiliates, nor any successor to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s interest, including any Successor Landlord (as defined in SECTION 17.4), shall be personally liable for the performance of Landlord's obligations under this Lease. Tenant shall look only to Landlord's estate and property in the Land and the Building, and to no other property or assets of Landlord or Landlord's Affiliates, for the satisfaction of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s remedies under this Lease, or for the collection of any judgment (or other judicial process) requiring the payment of money by Landlord or Landlord's Affiliates. The covenants and agreements contained in this Article shall be enforceable by Landlord, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Affiliates, and its and their respective successors and assigns.
