Common use of Satisfaction Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 shares of Debtor's common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 158,385 shares of Debtor's common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 26,182 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 86,392 shares of Debtor's common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 74,506 shares of Debtor's common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 838,710 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 43,066 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 327,832 shares of Debtor's common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 645,161 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance and delivery of 82,687 1,032,500 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three Two (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 83,775 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors directors’ resolution authorizing the payment of $415,000 and the issuance of 82,687 800,000 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor the Creditors provided for in Section Three (a) ), above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditorthe Creditors, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged, and Debtor will immediately and forever release the said UCC filings, as described in Section One, above.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 566,667 shares of Debtor's common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 1,571,159 shares of Debtor's common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance and delivery of 82,687 300,000 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three Two (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 55,000 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 1,062,500 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 77,778 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 769,076 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 600,000 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance and delivery of 82,687 an aggregate of 29,820 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock registered on Form S-8 with the SEC to Creditor as provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 2,222,222 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 591,143 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 2,250,000 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 1,818,180 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

Satisfaction. On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 1,196,192 shares of Debtor's common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.

On execution of this Agreement and Creditor's Debtor’s board of directors resolution authorizing the issuance of 82,687 173,627 shares of Debtor's ’s common stock to Creditor provided for in Section Three (a) above, the original indebtedness of Debtor to Creditor, as described in Section One, above, will be forever cancelled and discharged.
