Common use of Satisfactory Documents Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Documents. All documents delivered pursuant to this Agreement, the Note or otherwise in connection with the Loan must be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, and all legal matters incident to this Agreement must be satisfactory to Lender.
